The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) of the U.S. Department of Labor uses our estimates in Dingel and Neiman (Journal of Public Economics, 2020) for its Covid-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). OSHA uses our estimates as “a starting point to determine … the percentage of workers for whom employers have employee-based costs under this ETS”. Check it out here.
